Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a powerful coaching technique formed to change and improve your mindset and your way of living. Through this work, we focus on reprogramming the brain, including how you think, communicate, and act.
Neuro-linguistic programming analyzes the way our thoughts affect our behavior. It looks at how our brain interprets the signals they receive and how these interpretations affect our actions. It tries to perceive and change unconscious preferences or limitations through the conscious way we communicate and understand the world.
It does this through language – the linguistic part of neuro-linguistic programming techniques. By understanding how our brain processes information and how we communicate and think, NLP techniques help us recognize the thoughts, feelings, and emotions, we can control instead of outcomes that passively happen to us. The NLP techniques are action-oriented. Rather than focusing on the why, we focus on the how.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy, also referred to as hypnosis, is a guided, heightened state of concentration and focused attention. It allows you to be more open to suggestions and make positive changes in your perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts, or behaviors.
This form of psychotherapy uses relaxation, high concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. It places the mind into a “trance” or altered state of awareness. Hypnotherapy aims to create a positive change while the mind is in an unconscious “sleepy” state. During hypnosis, you become more “open” to modifying or replacing the unconscious thoughts driving your current behavior with the suggestions and guidance aligned with the change work.

Time Line Therapy (TLT)
Time Line Therapy (TLT) is another powerful therapeutic process in the coaching framework that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP. This process applies the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner in our internal memory storage system. It utilizes our own internal “Time Line” to work with the unconscious mind in various ways, including healing emotions and eliminating unwanted thoughts, behaviors, and limiting beliefs.
The Time Line Therapy techniques we do together will allow you to work on the unconscious level of your mind and release the effects of past negative experiences, thereby changing limiting or unwanted programming. Your changes and growth will be facilitated by the elimination of negative emotions that are attached to memories or events in the past. It also focuses on what we can learn from those events and uses the learnings as a resource for the future. The primary negative emotions we work on include anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt. The TLT techniques will also enable you to remove limiting beliefs that hold you back from achieving your goals. Both unwanted negative emotions and limiting beliefs influence every area of our lives, and behavioral changes occur at the unconscious level. People don’t change consciously.
